Tenant Fees


We do not charge for the following

  • Inventory fee
  • Check-in fee
  • Check-out fee
  • Supplying a reference about your tenancy to third party (providing you are a current tenant)

Before a tenancy

In addition to the rent and deposit there are other costs that a tenant must budget for before a tenancy starts.

  • Reference fee per property £250 (up to 4 applicants)
  • Reference fee additional applicants (each) £50
  • Reference fee guarantor £50
  • Reference fee company £200

During a tenancy

Throughout a tenancy there may be other costs that have to be paid by a tenant in addition to the rent.

  • Council tax, utilities (gas, electricity, water, telephone)
  • Television licence
  • Insurance (personal and own contents)
  • Payment by credit card 3% of transaction value
  • Payment by debit card 3% per transaction
  • Rent or any other payment made in cash 1% of cash value

If a tenancy continues beyond its fixed term, the renewal agreement fee is £60 for 6 months & £100 for 12 months (this also applies to extensions and amendments)

Our fees include VAT and are correct at the date viewed.
